This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.volunteercentrecounty.org and to the VOLUNTEER CENTRE COUNTY app accessible via iTunes, the Google Play store, and from www.thestoryapp.io both owned and operated by Sedum, Inc. DBA Volunteer Centre County, a 501(c)(3) organization ("we", "us", or a similar term), a Pennsylvania corporation.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website and users of our app with regard to the information that they shared and/or collect in the VOLUNTEER CENTRE COUNTY App. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website or app.This Privacy Policy is intended to be a general statement that describes how we collect, use, and process personal information you provide on this website or Internet applications (referred to as “sites”).

3. Log Files

The VOLUNTEER CENTRE COUNTY app follows a standard procedure of using log files.

These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and it is a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the app and website, and gathering demographic information.

We retain collected personal information and submissions for a reasonable period of time to fulfill the collection purpose and then delete it from our records, with the exception of limited historical information.
